Merry Christmas!  As you scroll below you will find some highlighted events for this Thanksgiving and Christmas Season, but there are a few notes to make regarding our holiday schedule…so…here ya go:   

*Please note that there will be no Wednesday night services for all age groups on Wednesday November 26th, December 17th and December 31st.  December 24th is our Christmas Eve service which you can read about below.

*Our Sunday morning services begin at 10am each Sunday during the season.  Please note some special days: December 7th Adobe Christian Preschool Sings in our service, December 14th is our Christmas Program and December 21st is our Celebration of Christmas just a few days before The Day!

 

 

Sixth Annual Chili Cook-off  Sunday, November 23rd at 6pm.  Join us for a great time as we celebrate our love of all things chili and enjoy some amazing company.  A trophy will be awarded to the chili which is best overall, best 5 alarm, and taster’s choice.  For more info, contact Pastor Bill at 707-763-2012 or email him at bill.funk@adobecc.org

 

 

Decorate and Dessert  Sunday, November 30th at 6:30pm.  Join us for a great time as we decorate our church for the Christmas season and enjoy a little pre-christmas treat.  All ages welcome!

 

 

 

 

Christmas Drop In at Pastor Bill and Wendy’s House Thursday night, December 11, 2008 7pm-9pm.  Drop by Pastor Bill and Wendy’s house at any point between 7pm and 9pm for a time of Christmas cheer and maybe something sweet to eat!  Let’s enjoy this season together!

 

 

 

Christmas Church Day in the City December 13 from 8am til we’re done.  Join us as we as a church enjoy a great day in San Francisco.  We’ll ride the ferry from Larspur to the Ferry Building in the City and then have a chance to go skating at the Yamaguchi Ice Rink on the Embarcadero or at the rink on Union Square.  We will enjoy the sights and sounds of the city as we window shop, eat, and enjoy the holiday season.  For more information, contact Pastor Bill at bill.funk@adobecc.org

 

 

 

 

Ladies Christmas Social Sunday, December 14th following morning services.  Join the ladies following our morning service for a cookie exchange, a light lunch and a time of connection around the Christmas season.  Childcare available…contact Kristin Isaacs for more information at autismhope@adobecc.org

 

 

 

Christmas Eve Service Wednesday Evening, December 24th at 8pm.  Join us on the most wonderful evening of the year as we celebrate the advent of our Lord with a time of song and reflection.  This service is only an hour long and will conclude with hot chocolate and cookies in the foyer.  Kids are welcome to come in their pajamas.  You will be greeted will glowing luminaries on the ground as you enter our property.  We look forward to sharing this night with you!
